Your happiest customers
already meant to
leave you a review.

They just never got round to it. Staring at an empty review box is where goodwill quietly dies. Give them a page that asks three easy questions and writes the review for them — in their own words, ready to post.

"The flat white was the best I've had in the city, and Sam took the time to recommend the Ethiopian blend. Easily my new local."

Copy & Post on Google
The important part

One tap decides
which way they go.

The star rating is a fork in the road. Delighted customers get a fast path to Google. Disappointed ones reach you privately, while there's still time to fix it.

4–5 stars → Google

Their review is written, copied to the clipboard, and Google opens in one tap. All they do is paste and post — the step where most people give up is gone.

1–3 stars → your inbox

They tell you what went wrong first, privately, with an optional name and contact so you can put it right. It lands in a tracked inbox, not your public profile.

Nobody is ever blocked from reviewing you publicly. Google's policies prohibit review gating — steering only happy customers to the review form. So after an unhappy customer has had their say privately, the public Google option is still offered, in the same words, on the same screen. You get the early warning; they keep the choice.

How it works

Four steps. About forty seconds.

1

They open your page

From a QR code on the table, a WhatsApp message, or a link on the receipt. It opens in the browser — nothing to install.

2

They pick a rating

One tap. This is the fork that decides whether they head to Google or straight to you.

3

They answer 3–5 questions

Written by AI for your specific business, not generic filler. Short enough to answer while waiting for the bill.

4

AI writes the review

In their voice, using only what they actually said. They can edit every word before anything is posted.

Yours, not ours

It's your page.
It should look like it.

Customers see your business, not our branding.

Your logo and banner

Upload any image and position it with a built-in cropper — fit the whole thing or fill the frame. No exact pixel sizes to worry about.

Seven themes

Dark or light, warm or cool. Pick the one closest to your brand.

Your own link

A short, memorable address you choose.

Questions you can edit

AI drafts them from your business details. Regenerate them, reword them, or write your own — separately for happy and unhappy customers.

A tracked feedback inbox

Private complaints arrive with an optional name and contact, and move through New → In Progress → Resolved → Closed with your own notes attached.

On and off in one click

Switch the page off any time and the link politely goes quiet. Nothing is lost.

Fair questions

Is this allowed under Google's rules?

Yes — and we built it carefully so it stays that way. Google prohibits review gating, which means only steering happy customers to the review form. We never block anyone: unhappy customers are offered the public Google option too, in the same words, on the same screen. What we do is remove the friction of writing, which is entirely permitted.

Are these fake reviews?

No. Every word comes from the customer's own answers, and the AI is instructed never to invent details they did not mention. They read, edit and post it themselves — nothing is submitted on their behalf, and we never post to Google for them.

Do customers need an app or account?

No. The page opens in whatever browser they already have. They need a Google account to post the review itself, which almost everyone with an Android phone or Gmail already has.

What if I run out of AI reviews?

The page keeps working. Past your monthly limit it simply stops drafting and lets the customer write their own review — the flow never breaks, and a printed QR code never goes dead.

How do people find the page?

However suits you: a QR code on the table or receipt, a WhatsApp message after a job, a link in your email signature. It is an ordinary web link.

Does this cost extra?

No. Review collection pages are included in every plan, including the 14-day free trial.
